Following my studies in France and the USA, I held commercial and managerial responsibilities at Xerox. Later, I spent a few years in Canada creating and developing my own company.

As of 1995, I’ve been immersed in the world of consulting and training. First, within large agencies (Cegos, BPI, OrgaConsultants, Altedia) as a consultant, manager, key account manager or BU director, and today, within Kamae Conseil which I co-manage with my brother Ludovic.

I operate within companies mainly in change management and training to conceive and present specialized operations for managers and salespeople. I also lead and train the consultancy team during their work in France and abroad.
