More than just a simple signature, Form'a's mission statement has led the company to become one of the  leaders in real estate strategies, fit-out design and project management, work space maintenance and mobility management for the largest companies in France and beyond, for the past 20 years.

In order to accompany their development and optimise their management teams' comfort and efficiency in the performance of their duties, Form'a has entrusted Kamae Conseil with coaching their managers with a view to reinforcing their managerial skills.

The project will be taking place over the last quarter of 2011 and the first two quarters of 2012. It will integrate collective training interventions with individual coaching sessions that will be centred around management fundamentals and annual appraisal interviews.
