At Kamae Conseil, we are convinced of the enrichment value of "passing the baton". We also wished to initiate a long term ethical engagement towards diversity. This is why we naturally turned to French charitable organisation "Nos Quartiers ont des Talents" (NQT) ("Our Neighbourhoods have Talents") and decided to get involved.

Since its inception in 2005, NQT has deployed a unique mentoring system rallying the leaders and senior managers of the member companies and enabling them to support young graduates in their search for employment.

Throughout this coming year, we shall enjoy mentoring graduates and helping them define their professional project, become better equipped in their search for employment, prepare for job interviews, develop self-confidence, etc.

This is yet another way for us to join the ranks of other community conscious companies...
